Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders above £20, weighing up to 2 kgs.

What is the process and price of next day delivery
  • Additional £3.99 to the final purchase price for weighing under 2 kgs.
  • For orders exceeding 2 kgs, a flat delivery charge of £3.99 will be applied on every 12 kgs
  • Order by 2pm* Monday to Friday for Next Day same day dispatch and faster delivery
  • Your order will be sent via Evri or Royal Mail
What is the process and charges for standard delivery

Standard Delivery within 2 to 3 working days

  • Shipping Charges will be £2.99 for orders under or equal £20 and weighing less than 2 kgs
  • For orders exceeding 2 kgs, a delivery charge of £3.49 will be applied on every 2 kgs
  • Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive. Please allow an additional 2 working days for Bank Holidays.
  • Order by 2pm* Monday to Friday for Next Day same day dispatch and faster delivery
  • Your order will be sent via Evri or Royal Mail
Is there delivery available on weekends?

No, delivery is not available on weekends. If you place an order on the weekend, it will be processed on the next working day.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Yes! next day delivery is avaiable on all orders.

Will I get my delivery on the Bank Holiday?

Please be aware that parcels will not be delivered on the Bank holiday Monday and that you should receive your parcel on the Tuesday of that week for orders placed on the Friday and/or Saturday.

What can I do if my parcel does not arrive does not arrive on time?

Please contact our Customer Service team at support@ukmegashop.com if you have not received your order 4 days after dispatch of your order for further advice, in order for us to deal with your query you must contact us within 28 days of dispatch of your order.

Where can I get my order delivered?

Products on UK Mega Shop can be delivered to your home or alternative address in the UK. We also deliver to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations (e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands). Unfortunately we do not deliver to British Forces Post Office BFPO. 

Can you deliver to a different address other than my billing address?

This is possible, but please remember to tick the box indicating that the billing address will be different when going through the checkout.

Returns Policy:

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase from UK Mega Shop. However, if you need to return any item, we offer refunds or exchanges under certain conditions.

Unwanted Goods:

If you decide that you do not want any item we have delivered, you may request an exchange or refund within 28 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original packing note and copy invoice as proof of purchase. A pre-paid returns label will be provided for sending back the items at no cost to you.

Faulty Goods:

If you purchase a product online that is found to be faulty, we will supply a replacement product or provide a refund of the purchase price, depending on the item.

Return by Post:

  • Please use the original packaging when sending your items back and ensure they are securely packaged. UK Mega Shop cannot be held responsible for any damage during posting.
  • Visit [web address] to arrange a collection of the return parcel from your address or drop it off at a local Hermes Parcel shop.

Promotional Items:

When returning items for a refund that were part of a promotional offer (e.g., 'Buy One, Get One Free'), all items involved in the offer must be returned.

Tracking Returns:

You can obtain a pre-paid returns label from the provided link, which is fully trackable. Once we receive and process your parcel, we will send you an email confirming the return and crediting the refunded amount to your account. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for refunded monies to appear in your bank account. Contact us within 21 days if you have not received your refund.

Incorrect Refund Amount:

If you believe you have been refunded the wrong amount, contact Customer Services within two weeks of receiving your refund. Provide your order number and the correct refund amount for us to address your query promptly.
